The ThinkIQ OPC UA North Service can now operate over the HTTPs protocol using secure sockets, in addition to OPC TCP protocol, to send data to the ThinkIQ server in the cloud. The https protocol runs on port 443, which is more likely to be opened than other ports. If it is, it would not require customers to open an extra port and hence speed up connector configuration.
